Terms and Conditions of Use for Associate Global Support Portal

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Associate Global Support Portal (“Support Portal”) located at https://support.associate.global. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Support Portal. By accessing or using the Support Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Support Portal is intended for use by authorized personnel of organizations that have a valid support agreement with Associate Global Pty Ltd (“Associate Global”). You may only use the Support Portal to:

  • Submit support requests;
  • Access support resources;
  • Communicate with Associate Global support personnel.

Any other use of the Support Portal is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Support Portal;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Support Portal or any computer systems or networks connected to the Support Portal;
  • Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Support Portal;
  • Using the Support Portal for any illegal or unlawful purpose;
  • Interfering with or disrupting the use of the Support Portal by others.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and other assets available on the Support Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Associate Global or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without the express written permission of Associate Global.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Support Portal is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Associate Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Associate Global does not warrant that the Support Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Support Portal is free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Associate Global be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Support Portal, even if Associate Global has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
